Can I order in advance via phone or web?
No. Exclusively on-site, in person.
Are there vegetarian or gluten-free burgers available?
I can make any burger with a veggie patty, and you can ask for a gluten-free bun. Please note: I work in one kitchen with shared equipment, so the gluten-free bun may come into contact with crumbs containing gluten – please keep this in mind if you have coeliac disease.
Where can I find allergen information?
Allergens (EU numbering) and carbohydrate content are listed next to every dish on the menu. As I work in one kitchen, traces of any allergen may be present; if you have a food allergy, tell me before ordering and I will explain what I can do.
Do you cater events?
Yes! I can cater smaller family and corporate events, BBQ included. Let's discuss the details in person or on Facebook.
How can I pay?
You can pay with cash, debit/credit cards, and SZÉP cards as well. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
Where do the ingredients come from?
I built up the supplier network with a local patriotic mindset. I found what met my high standards within the towns and cities of Hajdúszoboszló, Debrecen, Püspökladány, and Törökszentmiklós.
Preservatives, flavor enhancers, etc.?
I have virtually eliminated ingredients that could contain things like this to the highest possible degree, looking for those that are as close to nature as possible and where the environmental impact is the lowest.
Is there a terrace?
Yes, tables and benches are located in a shaded and pleasantly airy spot.
When is it open?
Friday 17:00–20:00 and Saturday 13:00–21:00. I post any changes on my Facebook page.
